Bruce Christian Boeger, Senior Coach/Consultant

"My mission at The Leadership Forum is straightforward: it is to help my forum members and clients grow as leaders so that they are always equipped to make a difference for their people and their company."

Bruce joined The Leadership Forum in April of 2008 and since that time has been making an impact on the individuals and organizations he works with. He does this by providing three distinct brands of service. These are executive coaching, leadership development and facilitation of business roundtables. In each of these endeavors, Bruce recognizes that every individual and every situation he comes in contact with are unique. So, for every business relationship he begins, Bruce is careful to discover the special DNA of that person or organization. He then tailors his approach accordingly. Bruce takes pride in maintaining three personal traits that
separate him from the rest of the talented consulting field. These traits are outstanding business acumen, setting the highest standards for his work and having a big heart for his clients.

Much of Bruce's business acumen and insistence on the highest standards of work come from his 28 years in the executive ranks with Ford Motor Company. Bruce worked in both the corporate boardroom in Detroit as well as with individual dealer entrepreneurs throughout the country. Bruce's position as Regional Manager for Ford gave him total responsibility for customer satisfaction, employee development, sales, market share, profitability and dealer representation.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Wake Forest University. He also earned an MBA from Wake Forest's Babcock School of Management. Bruce is a graduate of two Strategic Planning Programs held at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Since moving to Overland Park, KS in 1995, Bruce has served as Chairman of the Ford Motor Company Community Relations Committee and as Vice-President on the Board of Directors for the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Bruce and his wife Diane have been married for thirty years and have four daughters: Rachel, Rebecca, Hannah and Gabriella.
